Over the last year at Joyride, we've been lucky enough to taste a ton of coffees from a ton of different roasters. Even if it's the favorite part of my job, and so it doesn't actually feel like work, I thought I should still attempt to build institutional knowledge around these varied tastings. Hence, the Encyclopedia Arabica was born - an exhaustively catalogued database of over 300 coffees (with more being added every day!), with blinded tasting scores and notes from every Joyrider on both coasts.
