How Joyride Got Started
Chapter 1: The Food Truck Days (2009-2011)
Founded in 2011, Joyride is the brain-child of three brothers – David, Adam and Noah Belanich – who started the company in the back of a food truck as New York City’s first mobile specialty cafe.
By serving exceptional craft coffee and espresso, the truck quickly gained popularity among the city’s working professionals, most of whom had the same complaint: underwhelming office coffee. The brothers put their heads together- something had to be done!

Chapter 2: Innovators in Beverage and Office (2011-2020)
Seeing huge opportunity, the Belanich brothers sold the truck and used the proceeds to set up a business focused on bringing the world’s best coffees directly to offices Since then, Joyride grew in popularity and found a home at some of the country’s most innovative companies, providing office employees in New York, Boston, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and San Francisco with a satisfying and refreshing premium wholesale office coffee experience.
Throughout this time Joyride continued to grow and prosper as a brand, launching a full line of hot coffees as well as a constant stream of new and evolving products.
Chapter 3: Brewing Masters (2020 - )
In 2020, Joyride focused business toward what we are most passionate about: developing and making amazing, healthy beverages. Spinning off our distribution business, we sharpened our focus on continuing to push the evolution of craft beverage.
Striking a national distribution agreement with Aramark, we are excited to bring our brand beyond the office and to conscientious consumers across the United States.
